Android app

Rally's Android app renders markets, charts, Swipe, feeds and profiles natively, using the same account and server data as the web app.

Install Rally#

Download the signed Android APK from rallydot.com. The current package is com.rallydot.app, version 0.4.28. Android 9 or later is required.

When installing a downloaded APK, Android may ask you to allow installation from the app used to download it. Use the official file rather than a re-signed copy from an unknown source.

Log in and connect a wallet#

Choose Google, email or a wallet from Profile. Google opens its secure authorization page and returns to Rally. The login sheet closes after a successful connection.

If you leave Google before finishing, return to Rally and cancel the pending attempt to choose a method again. Repeated taps do not start additional login requests.

When direct wallet connections are enabled, select an installed MetaMask, Rainbow or Trust Wallet, then approve its connection and Rally sign-in request. Your wallet controls its approval screens. Other connections can use the first-party browser pairing flow. Embedded-wallet signing happens through Privy's native SDK. Rally does not receive either wallet's keys. Verify the linked address before funding it.

Edit your profile#

Open Profile → Edit profile to change your name, username, bio or photo. Choose a photo from the Android picker and tap Save. Photos are cropped to a square; JPG, PNG and WebP files under 5 MB are supported. A username conflict keeps your changes in the editor so you can choose another. Your saved identity is shared with the web app.

Trade inside the app#

Open a market, choose Buy or Sell, set the amount and approve the wallet request. Native panels use the server's current transaction plans and follow the resulting transfer or position.

If an app interruption occurs after submission, the saved pending request can be reconciled on return. Do not send a second transaction just because the app was closed. See Order status.

Find tokens#

Open Tokens → New for recent launches or Graduated for DEX migrations. Rows show market cap (MC), trading volume (Vol), 24-hour price change and elapsed time. The time in Graduated refers to the indexed graduation event; other lists use launch time. Tap new tokens when it appears to load arrivals without losing your place while reading.

Token charts#

Tokens open as a Line by default. Choose a historical range or Live below it. Indexed spot tokens also offer Open CoinGecko chart, with 1-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour and 4-hour intervals. The price source appears beneath the chart. Inactive periods are not filled with invented trades. Holder rows load independently below the chart.

Choose Live for an extending price line or Ticks to space real price updates by arrival order. Line returns to a historical chart. Ticks lets you choose the last 30, 60 or 120 updates. Your chart view and range are remembered. The live edge moves smoothly when a new observation arrives and rests between updates. These are price observations, not a record of exchange fills; the source and observation time appear below the chart.

Display and motion#

The app follows device-supported refresh behavior for navigation, pressed controls and scrolling. Actual frame rates depend on the device, operating system and power or thermal conditions.

Support for larger text and different screen sizes remains part of the native layout. A high-refresh display does not change a venue's execution or chain finality.

Switch the Feed's algorithm from its selector without leaving the feed. Paid choices open their subscription details. Likes respond immediately and restore their previous state if saving fails. Swipe supports gestures and previous/next buttons; moving between cards does not place an order. Tap your community token in Profile to open its market details.

Signals, communities and alerts#

The Feed includes Following and Trades. Create a 24-hour price signal, share selected finalized fills from Profile, set token-holder benefits and enter the weekly algorithm league. See Signals and benefits. Android lock-screen push becomes available when the deployment has configured Firebase; in-app notifications work separately.

Read hourly candles#

Open a token and tap Candles for hourly candles. Choose 1D, 7D or 1M, swipe sideways for earlier hours and tap a candle for its open, high, low and close. The caption identifies the venue or pool. Line, Live and Ticks remain available in the same sheet.

Home and token details#

Home brings your balance, algorithm shortcuts and recent activity together above the token list. Tap See all for the full algorithm market. Each algorithm row shows its creator, available performance and subscription price. Sampled wallet returns are labeled separately from algorithm performance.

Open a token to see its price chart. Holders, Community and Details sit below the chart; Buy and Sell stay at the bottom. Returning from a preview preserves your place in the market list.

Conversations and subscriptions#

Open a token and select Comments to join its conversation. Replies stay linked to that token. Community shows token conversations; the fourth tab, Leaderboard, opens trader records and subscription plans. Free subscriptions open immediately, while paid subscriptions open after payment is confirmed. Manage saved feeds from Subscriptions in Community.
