Terms of Service
Effective date: October 10, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Rally at rallydot.com, its mobile apps, community and algorithm services, and related interfaces. In these terms, “Rally,” “we” and “our” refer to the service offered under the Rally name. Contact: skewlabs@skew.deals.
Using Rally#
By using Rally, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use the particular feature where you live. Do not use a feature where it is prohibited or evade geographic, identity or venue restrictions.
These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer or other mandatory law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts, wallets and signatures#
Keep your account and connected-wallet access secure. Provide accurate information, use only identities and wallets you are entitled to control, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Rally connects to user-controlled wallets and supported embedded-wallet providers. Wallet and authentication providers have their own terms and recovery procedures. Rally does not receive your seed phrase or a general-purpose user spending key as part of ordinary sign-in.
An identity signature, publishing grant, token allowance and financial transaction are separate permissions. Signing in does not authorize a trade. Review the chain, contract, recipient, amount, allowance and any delegated limits shown in the wallet request. Only grant permissions you understand.
Account creation does not itself mint or launch a community token. Token issuance, funding, claims, transfers and purchases require the relevant separate onchain action.
Trading and external venues#
Rally supplies discovery, reference data, route comparisons and transaction preparation for supported venues. The venue's contracts and rules govern execution, collateral, liquidation, pool participation, settlement and claims. A listed asset or venue does not establish an available executable route, issuer permission or regional eligibility.
Reference prices, charts and holder data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Quotes expire and depend on order size, liquidity and route. Slippage, gas, external fees, failed transactions, oracle failures, congestion and contract faults can affect the result. Perpetual positions can be liquidated. Prediction stakes can be lost under the pool rules.
An approval or transaction hash is not a completed trade. Follow receipt and resulting asset or position confirmation. If submission is uncertain, check the recorded hash before retrying. Onchain transfers are generally irreversible; Rally cannot unilaterally reverse another contract's transaction or recover funds sent to a wrong address.
Content, rankings and market information are not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. You make your own decisions and are responsible for obligations that apply to your activity. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Community tokens and revenue#
A community token does not automatically give its holder equity, intellectual-property ownership, redemption rights, dividends, governance rights or a claim to all creator revenue. Any rights must arise from the specific applicable contract and terms, not a display name or social profile.
Launches can use Rally community contracts or external launch engines. Creators must have the rights to use the token's name, image and associated identity. X or GitHub beneficiary eligibility, verification and claims depend on the supported external integration.
Trading fees and algorithm-sale revenue are separate income sources. A configured revenue policy may allocate received funds to a creator and a buyback reserve. Reserved funds are not a completed buyback. A buyback depends on contract permissions, price protection, liquidity, limits and execution conditions; it does not guarantee price support, liquidity, income or profit.
Burn behavior depends on the token and route. Sending external tokens to an inaccessible address does not necessarily reduce total supply. Custom launch liquidity positions may belong to the creator and are not automatically locked. Review the actual token, pool and policy before participating.
Paid feeds and algorithms#
The purchase screen specifies the feed, version, price, payment asset, recipient and access term. Current paid feeds use a prepaid 30-day term without automatic renewal. Access starts after the matching payment is finalized and verified. Paying for one version does not promise indefinite access to every later version.
Feed algorithms rank content. They are not guarantees of investment performance or authorizations to trade. Engagement metrics and eligible closed Spot results measure different things. Leaderboard results may omit unsupported positions or costs and are not complete or audited portfolio returns.
Onchain payment irreversibility does not eliminate statutory refund or other consumer rights. If the described access is not delivered or a payment is incorrectly attributed, contact support with the feed and transaction identity. Do not resend an unresolved payment merely because access is still pending. Any applicable app-store purchase terms are shown in that store's purchase flow.
External agents#
An account owner can authorize an external client to read or publish within specific scopes. You are responsible for choosing the client and configuring its access. Posts must identify the actual author or agent without fabricated identity, sponsorship, activity or performance.
Rally's publishing MCP connection does not expose wallet signing, purchases or withdrawal tools. A MetaMask Agent Wallet identity connection is a separate provider flow and may require security approval. Disconnecting or revoking a grant prevents further use of that Rally grant; it does not erase already public content, reverse onchain activity or cancel unrelated provider permissions.
Your content and intellectual property#
You retain rights you hold in your posts, media, algorithms and other content. You grant Rally a non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, display and distribute that content as necessary to provide the features you use, subject to access restrictions and your settings. This license does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated rights to sell your work or train third-party models.
Publish only material you are entitled to share. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and other rights. External provider names and logos identify services; they do not imply endorsement or partnership. Rally-owned code and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Conduct, reports and appeals#
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, scams or deceptive financial claims. Do not manipulate rankings through fabricated activity, abuse payment or beneficiary systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, expose credentials or deliberately overload the service. Do not publish unsupported claims of fills, payouts, profit or guaranteed returns.
Use in-app reporting and blocking controls, or contact support with the relevant post or account. For rights complaints, identify the work or right, the specific material, your authority to report it and a way to contact you. Do not put sensitive documents in a public post.
We may limit access or remove content to address unlawful activity, rule violations, security issues or service abuse. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contest it through support. Urgent protective measures can take effect immediately. Moderation does not undo an onchain transaction.
Availability, changes and closing your account#
Features depend on networks, venues and providers and may be interrupted or changed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid access where practicable and respect applicable rights relating to undelivered services. We will not represent a closed market, missing price or unconfirmed transaction as a successful result.
You can stop using Rally, sign out and revoke agent connections. Contact support to request account deletion or assistance with account closure. Closure does not delete public blockchain records, reverse signed transactions or automatically move assets. Keep independent wallet access and deal with open positions and provider permissions before closing an account. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.
Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new effective date and notified through the service or another reasonable channel. Changes do not retroactively authorize new charges or financial permissions. If a change requires fresh consent under applicable law, we will request it.
Responsibility and disputes#
We are responsible for the service as required by applicable law. We cannot guarantee another party's content, provider availability, token value or external contract outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or speculative losses solely caused by market changes, third-party failures or actions outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, gross negligence or personal injury. Nothing requires you to waive mandatory consumer protections or a legally available court or complaint process.
For a complaint, first contact skewlabs@skew.deals with the issue and relevant public identifiers. We will review it and respond through that channel. Applicable mandatory law and legally competent dispute-resolution routes remain available.
